I absolutely LOVE going here! Very professional and courteous. Denise & Pedro are wonderful! They have a lot of patience in dealing with my indecisiveness & switch ups. The pick up process is fast and I love the new check-in process, too. Just got 6 new pairs in the past 5 months. Will keep coming back!
i went in for a adjustment to my glasses the person name pedro adjusted my glasses returned them to me. I notice he had ruin my right lens with high heat. it was only the right lens that got ruined. i told him i could see the material like a honeycomb or a smudge to my lens, they did not offer any type of explanation to why this happened. so i went to 2 other places was told they put high heat on my lens and was ruined due to the heat on the lens coating that they are suppose to cover or pop out my lens before heating my frames. never going to this place again did not own up to there mistakes and the manager was no help. because my lens where shy of 13 months old but they where perfectly fine before adjustment. never again hope this dont happen to anyone else glasses are around 500
