Sam’s Club Optical

Robert and Edward were super helpful, answering any questions I had about getting new frames and my insurance coverage There were quite a few customers there both times I visited, and the process of ordering glasses was quick and efficient. The cost of the glasses I got from Sam’s Club was way less expensive than places I had previously gone . They are good quality and I’m thankful I went here .

This is the third pair of glasses that we've ordered from Sam's. First one was seamless. The second order they never notified us they were in and ready for pickup. The third was a doozy. Cancelled the order, refilled but it was never received, reordered and the glasses never came, fourth time I got the glasses without half the stuff I ordered. This place is not worth your effort because they won't try.

Edward and Robert are the best. Even if I'm not there for optical I'll still walk by and say hi if I see them working. Been buying glasses from them for years now.

I have had glasses since I was 3 years old and paid anywhere from $350 or more from places like TSO. At Sam's without insurance my glasses would have only cost me $190! And that is with superior materials and free coatings instead of the basic things I usually get. I also appreciate that they give you a free 1 year warranty with your glasses instead of charging like TSO does.

Michael from optical stated he is the manager from optical. He was very rude over the phone. I have used this facility over the last few years. And i have never had someone as disrespectful as he was over the phone. When i asked to speak to store manager. He had me on hold for 5 min.The manager Joel came on the phone and was no better then he was. If you use this facility do not deal with Michael.
