Glenda was extremely professional and knowledgeable when it came to explaining to my mom in Spanish about her progressive lenses. My mom felt very cared for and heard with any questions or concerns she had . Thank you again for such a wonderful experience!

All I have to say they have an Amazing Manager;Carmen, that knows her stuff….any issues with glasses she is you’re go to. Had issues with frames constantly snapping due to lenses being to big putting to much pressure into lenses, she quickly put her skills into cutting down lenses to actually fit frames perfectly were there’s no more pressure on them causing them to snap with minimal heat.

Came in for lenses only. Was greeted and told what I wanted to do. Got seated only to realize I left my script in my car. So literally in less than 2 min. I ran out can back and waited and waited while Jessica took care of a pick up. Got seated again and then was asked to get up and move cause she was going to take care of someone that came in after me. Probably cause they were buying frames. I’ve never been so ill treated and to think that person is the manager of the dept. Came here and hour away cause they have done my last 3 scripts/frames. But that was 2.5 yrs ago. Guess things have gravely changed. Won’t be back
