Ever since I contacted them last year they have been professional and courteous. The optometrist was thorough. The staff has been helpful when I had questions and the one time I needed an adjustment they did it quickly.

The optometrist is very nice and knowledgeable, they are open Saturday so it is convenient to get an appointment.

The very best customer service and prices. My kid wears glasses and has twisted and grown out her pair and on multiple occasions, they warmly adjust the glasses and accommodate us with smile on every visit. Regarding price, it’s the best we’ve found. My eye lab charged $500 for two pairs of glasses while we paid $99 at Sams Club. Same type of glasses with anti glare, transition and scratch resistance. I’m a forever customer.

HORRIBLE customer service!!! Patrick Wright and his team SHOULD have been there from 10-7 both days that I showed up. I don’t live close at all, and I took MY time out of my day to come up here not only once BUT TWICE. DO BETTER! I DON’T RECOMMEND DOING BUSINESS HERE!!

Your closing hours for Optical are misleading on yiur website. It says on your website you close at 7pm but this is the 2nd time I have come here on a Friday and no Optical Service Representative is available. The lights are off at 6:28pm? That is unacceptable perhaps you should be honest and change your sign.
