Dr. Ulrich has been extremely attentive to my specific symptoms that have been causing me visual problems and provided excellent service by determining options to deal my case as well as going above and beyond with follow-ups. She also provided me with compassion and understanding. Kudos!

Terrible customer service, extremely slow, ordering glasses second year in a row there, same experience. This time they twisted my frame while adjusting it so it's magnetic sun shades no longer fit properly. Waited close to 1 hour to be told they can't fix them back...
"I've never encountered such service from a doctor with such a poor bedside manner. Dr. Christina Ulrich, OD acted as if performing an eye exam was a favor rather than her job. Her ability to listen along with her customer service skills could use significant improvement. Unfortunately, this experience took place at the Chesterfield Sam’s Club, which is otherwise a great store. However, my family will be seeking eye care elsewhere in the future."
