I got a pair of glasses from this Sam’s Club at the beginning of the year, it took them almost 2 and half months to get my glasses to me. Once I got them, they were great. After about 2 months of wearing them I notice they were very slightly crooked. I took them back for them to adjust them. The lady working at the counter took my glasses, did the whole heating thing and bent them like 45 degrees in the wrong direction, I was the one who had to tell her what to adjust and walk her thru it. Only after she bent my glasses back and forth she told me that she “doesn’t work in this department”and to come back when a manager is there. Because she bent the frame so far the right lense keeps popping out. I was at work when it FELL OFF MY FACE and hit the ground leaving a chip in the lens. Not only did it take them almost 3 months to get the glasses to me, they broke them infront of me. She also told me the glasses wouldn’t be covered under any warranty so now I’m SOL. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BESIDES HERE PLEASE!

The reason why pains me to give it so few stars is for the fact that I actually work here. Now while Sam's Club can and will give you a very good deal on your glasses, the opticians showed a lack of experience and effort in their job. When told that the glasses are not fitting right and my vision isn't what it should be with my glasses on, they just stared blankly at me as if they had no idea of what to say or what to do. I suspect that that's the actual case. This was on every occasion that I brought it up to them. The issue was never resolved. Luckily I have contacts.

Optician is great. Customer service excellent. Glasses have decent selection and you can't beat their quality for progressive lenses and the cost is cheaper than copay elsewhere with insurance.

This optician is closed on Sunday. Here it says open !. and in the hours they have they also say open today until 4 pm. which makes you waste your time ... since in reality it is closed on Sundays. They should fix the schedules. so one does not waste time...
