I saw Dr. Dalecky for my annual eye exam and he was very thorough in his examination. He explained everything that he was doing and made sure I understood what issues I have with my eyes. Overall it was a wonderful experience that calmed my anxiety about optometrists. When it came time to pick out a pair of frames and get my glasses ordered, I sat down with Jahlen who was also very helpful. He picked out some frames for me to try and I ultimately decided on a pair he picked out. Jahlen wasn't pushy about up selling me things like special lenses or expensive frames. He pulled my insurance information and gave me a breakdown of costs prior to me deciding what to buy. It was refreshing to not be coerced into purchasing a higher priced pair of glasses. This has been the best experience I've had at an optometrist. I highly recommend this location.

Jahlen was awesome he was above and beyond. He help us to choose the glasses and make sure we are happy with the purchase before we go. We have fun laugh and he was always with a smile. He explain all with the insurance cover and prices. Also Dr. Balke explain all in detail. Great place! 😁 Thank you so much.

I have been going to the WI Visions Franklin office for several years and have Dr. Dalecky do my exams. He is professional, asks questions and is thorough in providing me with results. When selecting frames I have had the pleasure of working with Sam O. He has been very helpful when selecting frames which would be best for my features. Sam has been professional, friendly and very diligent during the final transaction. The manager, Micah, has been helpful when Sam and I liked two frames and needed a third opinion. I have been happy with the service I have received there over the years and highly recommend checking them out!

Jalen was extremely helpful and polite, great service he did for us. Very knowledgeable too. Has great taste in helping me pick out glasses. Dr. Blake was very knowledgeable and shared alot of information. He also was very hospitable, gave me some water too. Friendly and nice.

Jahlen at WI Vision in Franklin was extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with while picking out new frames. He is quick on figuring out prices and lets you know of any sales promos. He definitely has great customer skills and a great sense of fashion and fit on what would look good on the customer. Kudos Jahlen, I normally do not allow someone else to pick out my eyewear, so that says alot about how well he does his job! Also, Dr. Dalecky is a pleasure to see. He makes his patients feel comfortable, explains things well and makes the appointment go smoothly!
