Dr. Rak and the entire America's Best team took fantastic care of me! I was able to be seen same day for an appointment and the eye exam was very thorough! Dr. Rak took her time explaining my options and answered every question I had with compassion and kindness. Truly exceptional care! Thank you to the ABC&E team!! :)

Brynn, Holly and Melissa provided top notch service. My puppy destroyed my glasses and between dealing with some extremely rude customers they were able to repair my glasses. I thought they were beyond repairable. My entire family wears glasses and we will continue to always buy our glasses at the Oak Creek Store. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

I went there today with my mom. The lady who was helping her name was Holly. We had a situation where we didn’t expect the price to be so high and my mother explained like she can’t spend that much right now how much would it be for one pair. Which was more in the price range. And Holly seemed sympathetic. But after we left my mom realized she forgot her cup inside. And walked into Holly talking to people about how my mom didn’t like the price and was talking about her to people disrespectfully. I’m very unpleased on how Holly treated my mom and was talking about her. She also didn’t make any sense while she worked with us very sporadic seemed like she was on something… I would be only coming back for my glasses and probably won’t come back after the incident. but I will say Karl Schwandt was very nice he did my eye exam and gave me information about my prescription and was very informational!

LOVE The Optometrist, however the sales people there are very pushy and weird. Right after you walk outta the exam room your given to a sales consultant who makes everything very confusing and pressure you into buying things and have no clue what there taking about or what your insurance covers not to mention the lady who helped me ate a dirty old fruit snack off the corner of her desk that was sitting in dust and than the hair from the fruit snack gets stuck in her mouth and she’s like tweaking about that and than tells me sorry TMI I was hungry and the fruit snack I left out on my desk had hair and dust on it and it got stuck on my tongue… all I wanted was to check out and leave I felt like I was held hostage in some weird skit. The display glasses are also extremely dirty and smudged and the equipment in the exam room is greasy. Didn’t end up buying anything the sale person was just too much for me I barely could handle 15 mins

Have not had a good experience here whatsoever. First time I went, I had my exam and ordered my glasses. When I went in to get my glasses, they were wrong and I didn’t realize till I got home. I called immediately and they were not helpful. I explained the situation and all they said was “okay.” I asked if they could fix this and they said I would have to come back in. So I came back in the next day and they said they’ were going to fix it. I am currently still waiting on these glasses that I have put an order in for over a month ago. Every time I call it seems like they have no idea what is going on and act like I am asking stupid questions when in reality I am just wondering where my glasses are.
