Horrible service at its finest. I scheduled an appointment for my daughter and I know I needed my ID and Insurance card but I just still wanted to see if they would still see her. (Yes i have taken accountability for not having it.) The lady said they could still see her but that she would have to come back another day to redo the exam and pick out glasses. The receptionist they have their has eye problems because she comes off as rude and she snaps back which I feel she shouldn't do that while working somewhere professional. Then she also told me to call the number again to reschedule and hopefully they give me the same days that I have scheduled my other kids. Then I call this morning to see if they can schedule me and the Lady came at me with " It is considered a Cancellation" . How if i showed up? I'm calling to schedule again like the lady said and she just right off the back told me i would have to call back in 90 days. Worst place to get an eye exam. Wouldn't recommend. The Eye Doctor needs new employees who really care for peoples vision and takes into consideration of other people. Then I'm looking for Hire up people to contact to give my complaint and the website doesn't have any. What type of business doesn't have contact information incases like these? Just have booking information. Never again!!

I’m writing this review on behalf of my mom…she came here for glasses in the beginning of May. She had the exam and paid the out of pocket cost for the glasses upfront as they requested…here we are nearly 2 months later and her glasses STILL aren’t ready and we keep getting the run around and absolutely no one can tell us what the status of her glasses is. I was given the number to the manager and of course, no answer and no response to my voicemail. The amount of time my mom has been waiting for her glasses is ridiculous!

Horrible service isn't strong enough. I scheduled consecutive appointments for my daughter and I and when we showed up for mine, the first one, they had changed it to 9 days later, but were happy to still see my daughter. They called someone who did nothing then said see how hard qe tried to fix and started gaslighting me because I am not happy they think its nbd for me to have come back from racine another day. This is how a business treats people who dont choose them but must use them because of insurance. Horrible. And sickening they tried to gaslight me. Horrible Horrible business

Walked in there to look at frames for men was greeted very rude by receptionist, when asked her if they took my insurance untied health she if it was state insurance or through my job 🤔 I didn't understand why that mattered needless to say we wont be buying our Eyewear at vision mart

I was greeted by a lovely lady named Liesel. She was so kind and helped me get situated for my appointment. Doctor Bisgrove was timely and took great care of me. After the exam Julie, who was great helped me find a cute pair of glasses. These reviews are very misleading as these ladies have always been great! Maybe the customers are the problem 😆 I will continue to be a customer here and give these ladies the credit they deserve!
