Had a really good experience here. Emergency care for an eye issue. Dr took care of the issue, reassured me and called back to check in a few days later. Front office also refunded co pay overages. Highly recommended.
First time at Family Vision and saw Dr. Timothy Hell. Walked in and was promptly greeted at the front desk with a smile. Dr Hell was soft spoken and very easy to talk to. He listened to my concerns and explained everything. After my other optometrist retired, I feel I have a new clinic that I will happy going to!
All of the staff at Family Vision were cheerful and professional.They work effectively together to make the experience go smoothly from check-in to finding my new glasses. I appreciate the up-to-date selection and the service of helping me to find glasses that suit me well.
We’ve been coming here for several years now & have always had a great experience. The associates are very courteous & polite they guide you through every step of your appointment!
I had a contact lense exam this month which went fine but after they gave me the wrong contacts this went wrong. I waited nearly two weeks for replacements wearing poorly fitting lenses. I was told they would credit me for the lenses I purchased but once I came in when my new contacts were available I was charged for the open box of lenses not credited for my inconvenience/discomfort and their mistake. I really needed the contacts for my job so I was pressured into take their ultimatum of accepting their partial credit or nothing and be forced to keep the wrong contacts that they gave me. Im shocked at their treatment of me and wanted to want others.
