Poor customer service, the attendants have no supervision so they leave any time, do not answer the phone so you cannot pick up glasses ordered and already paid for, management is just useless as they "cannot touch anything" inside Optical. You come here because of low prices, but$400 later I can't even get to glasses even they called me they were ready. Sam's may be good for bulk laundry detergent, but they definitely are NOT for Eye care.

I’m surprised by the reviews! We had an awesome experience. It should be said that the doctors office outside of Sam’s and the Optical Center are separate. Wendy is awesome and was super patient with us. I wish we would have realized that there is a private optometrist attached to the building.

Dr. Rick Dinh, O.D. is not in the office until noon while customers are waited in the lobby for hours on Wednesday. Dr. Rick Dinh, O.D. doesn't care if the lobby is full with customers and how long they have been waited. There is no apology from Dr. Rick Dinh, O.D. because his practice office is not directly under Sam's club. Sam's club provides him an office place and practice equipment. Therefore, Dr. Rick Dinh, O.D. doesn't follow the office hours that is posted outside the office entrance door. Office clerk only input your info into system to check your insurance whether it is in network or not. There is no extra mile or good customer service provide to customers. The office clerk will not call to customers' insurance providers for further information, or clarification in terms of copays. Customers are to be left stranded.

Do not bring your own frames here they WILL be damaged and Sams will not take responsibility. So all in all a complete waste of time and money and you are out the money you paid for your own frames.
