San Antonio Eye Center

I came here for my 8 year old son who is on the Autism spectrum. When i walked in I was attended right away and the assistant named Crystal was THE BEST EVER 🩷 🌟. She communicated with my son so well and was kind. He understood everything she was doing and was treated so good by her. When we saw Dr. Silva she also was KIND and CARING 🌟 💜 She worked with my son patiently and not rushing. My son felt comfortable with her. We had a very good experience. I loved it here. We were there for about 2 hours or so but its bc they take care of every patient correctly and not in a rush just to get your money and push you out the door. I recommend this place to anyone 👌

My visit to the San Antonio Eye Center was quite pleasant. I came in due to an eye floater that had developed in my right eye. Dr. Winters was thorough in his exam of my eyes and assured me that nothing serious was happening with my right eye. He was very informative and professional in all aspects of the exam. Dr.Rowden is the best!!!! She’s so fast and very good at communicating what’s the best option for you. All the other staff when you sign in are amazing!!!!! All in a good positive mood. I enjoy my visits here with them.

Kudos to "JoAnn" answering calls for Dr. Silva! I called feeling super anxious due to running late for my son's appointment. I explained to her we were stuck at the train tracks downtown due to a completely stopped train on the tracks impeding traffic from getting through. She was very understanding as I explained to her I was trying to find another route. She kindly gave me directions herself and said she knew exactly where we were stuck. I appreciate JoAnn going above and beyond for kindly giving me directions and assuring me she would let the staff know of my delay and why. Sure enough. When we arrived, the staff was already aware and kindly kept our appointment despite our 12 minute delay! Thank you JoAnn and the staff at San Antonio Eye Center! 🙂

I highly recommend Dr. Silva. I had a great experience from start to finish. Dr. Silva answered all my questions explained the exam and findings. The office was really nice and I felt like I was in good hands!
