Compassionate Care, Professional Staff, and an Unbeatable Location: I had an excellent experience at this San Antonio Eye Center location. From the moment I walked in, the professionalism of the entire team was evident. The facility is impeccably maintained, and I particularly noticed how clean and well-kept the restrooms are, which speaks volumes about their attention to detail. **Dr. Carlos** is truly exceptional. He is not only highly skilled but also a bright soul who makes you feel seen and cared for throughout the appointment. I also want to give a special thank you to the technician who dilated my eyes; she was incredibly patient and kind, helping me navigate what felt like a difficult process with ease. The location itself is also a major plus. It is situated in a great area with plenty of shopping nearby, including an **H-E-B** right next door. It’s very convenient to be able to run errands or browse the surrounding stores before or after an appointment. I highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for top-tier eye care in a professional and welcoming environment.

Had an outstanding check up today Dr Franco was excellent & on point as always & the intake technician Kelly was wonderful. Kelly you are a delightful young woman & I thank you for your patience & understanding. Here's to no filter.

This is for Basse Road Location. Stay far away. Will screw you out of your money. Especially when dealing with April. Think she is running some kind of con game. Told be my glasses would be a little over 400 with a small discount. My glasses cost me 384. When I received them they were defective. I asked for a refund. Was told I would receive back 308 since there is a 20 percent restocking fee. Several months later and no refund. Finally got ahold of someone after calling for two days. Said they will only give me back 260. Tried telling me my glasses were originally 600 dollars and they gave me a discount of 200. Absolutely not. April said glasses were a little over 400 and with a small discount I would only pay 384. If I knew they were 600 I would have walked out. Thats way too much for glasses. Corporate said they could not verify what I was told and would not change the refund amount. Now I’m out over a hundred dollars. DO NOT GO HERE

Dr. Franco saw my grandmother yesterday and was an absolute joy! She was positive and honest and helped keep my grandmother at ease. I would definitely recommend Dr. Franco

Dr. Dyer and his team at San Antonio Eye Center are truly 10/10. They are professional, patient, and kind. I especially appreciate the care and respect they show my mother during every visit. Dr. Dyer explains everything thoroughly so we always understand what’s going on, and his bedside manner is exceptional—genuine, kind, and patient. We always feel valued and well cared for.
