Dr.Brown and the patient coordinator at check out were great and very friendly. Dr.Brown made my 3 kiddos feel comfortable and explained everything i was concerned about. They offer same day appointments. Definitely recommend this place.
The doctors and most staff are great, but any appointments that we've gone to, we've been at the office AT LEAST 2 hours from the scheduled appointment time. I'm a caregiver to elderly parents, so we have multiple visits throughout the year.

Website states it's official open at 8 a.m , so when I'm calling at 8:15 a.m the phone just rings with no one answering. I'm trying to get ahold of the southcross location. Since only one number is connected to all locations. It's very frustrating. It's bad . I'm typing in Google and now it's 8:20 minutes no answer as of yet 😡
