4/9/26 (first time customer) - The handling of glasses orders here is incredibly frustrating. It took over a month to complete my order for Oakley Meta HSTN and HSTN SQ frames. I understand their "no exchange" policy when the Meta style didn't work out, but their lens policy makes absolutely no sense. I asked for the original stock lenses back so I could resell the Meta frame. Instead, they required me to return the frame and the expensive prescription lenses I already paid for, just to get the stock lenses back. There is zero reason I shouldn't be able to keep the custom prescription lenses I bought. Customers should automatically be allowed to keep their original stock lenses instead of the lab discarding them.
