My son had his very first eye appointment and Dr Nguyen and his staff were amazing. My son was nervous at first but everyone was so warm and welcoming that not only did he feel comfortable but he didn’t want to leave! Dr Nguyen explained everything thoroughly. Provided insight and was very informative.
I recently visited San Marino Optometry for the first time because I had been experiencing some concerning eye symptoms. From the moment I arrived, every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. They made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit, which really helped ease my anxiety. I had many questions because I was worried about my symptoms, and Dr. Nguyen took the time to answer each one patiently and thoroughly. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Thanks to his detailed explanations, I have a much better understanding of what I've been experiencing, and I left feeling much more reassured and at ease. Dr. Nguyen also checked my current glasses prescription and found a better prescription for me. I appreciate his attention to detail, and I plan to come back to get my new glasses here as well. This is the best optometry clinic I’ve ever been to. Scheduling appointments is easy, communication about prescriptions and orders is seamless, and the clinic is always clean and welcoming. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. Dr. Nguyen is thorough, knowledgeable, and detail-oriented. He takes the time to answer every question and makes you feel confident that you’re receiving excellent care. Highly recommend!
Chose San Marino Optometry based on presentation on their webpage. Made first visit today and came away impressed by quality of staff, their knowledge, professionalism and friendliness. I was also very impressed by Dr. Nguyen’s insight, knowledge regarding my condition. I felt very comfortable with his “bedside manner”. Overall, I felt I was in very good hands and that our plan for care going forward will yield positive results.
I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Nguyen. He was incredibly nice and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He’s clearly very knowledgeable and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand. The whole visit felt unhurried and personal — you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients.
