We came in for a surgery consultation. And they said they'll call us within a week. A week past, I called them and asked when are we gonna set up the cataracts surgery for my mom. They kept saying will give you a ticket and we'll call you back. Nothing. I keep calling and calling. They keep saying the same thing, we'll give a follow up and call back. This is getting frustrating and ridiculous. Like they dont care about the patient. Awful customer service. We need to get this done so my mom has better vision to drive ! Im so fed up..

Dr. Obi and his staff give exceptional customer service and are diligent with my eye care. I feel confident knowing that they treat my eyes with the utmost care and sensitivity.

They cancelled my appointment that was set up 6 months ago. Didn't notify me. Didn't reschedule with me. Told me they can reschedule for next week. I'm not taking another day off of work to visit so unorganized/incompetent optometry.

Awesome!! The staff and Dr. Obi made me feel comfortable. I was dreading to go. More frighten about results. Dr. Obi explained the plan set forth. I'm totally relieved. Thank you Dr. Obi and staff. I've reccomend Azul Vision to family and friends. ❤️😎

I love everything about this place doctors and staff. My only dislike is its on the penthouse floor which is the highest floor in the building, not a fan. Great place to go to get good help from good Doctors.
