My 13-year-old child has been a patient of Dr. Wu at 1234 Optometry for the past four years, and we’ve had such a positive experience from the very beginning. Dr. Wu came highly recommended to us, and we’re so glad we found him. My child has benefited greatly from the treatment, and Ortho-K in particular has been a wonderful option. It has been a great alternative to wearing contacts during the day and has worked very well for our needs. What really stands out is not only Dr. Wu’s experience and knowledge, but also the way he connects with younger patients. He is patient, kind, and reassuring, and has a wonderful way of making my child feel comfortable and at ease during every visit. That level of care means a lot to us. The staff has also been consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They’re always willing to answer questions, offer guidance, and make sure we feel well taken care of. After four years, we continue to feel very confident in the care our child receives here. We truly appreciate Dr. Wu and the entire team at 1234 Optometry and would highly recommend them to other families.

Dr. Woo at 1234 Eye Care Clinic is amazing! He spent two hours on my child’s exam, explained everything clearly, and customized Ortho-K lenses with hyperopia reserve. My child adapted quickly, and we feel confident in his professional and caring approach. Highly recommended!

My sister started getting nearsighted in middle school, and I’m in college now but still remember how annoying regular glasses were. I took her to the 1234 eye care to get Ortho‑K lenses. Every time, the doctor uses the latest equipment to measure her eye axial length super accurate – and discusses the treatment plan with us. Now my sister’s nearsightedness has stabilized. She just puts the lenses in before bed and that’s it. I wish I had come here back then! 1234 really is a hidden champion in children’s myopia control,the word of mouth is amazing!

I came here to get a new pair of ortho-k night contacts because my previous doctor retired. My old pair became a bit out of focus and I felt it was best to get a new pair. Dr. Woo and his staff helped me set up a new fitting and a new pair and the process was very clear. Overall, the price was fair and I am thankful for the continuous follow ups regarding any issues that may arise. I am excited to continue working with 1234 Eye Care for my eye contact needs.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this optical store. The manager’s attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional, which made the visit uncomfortable from the beginning. The quoted cost for Ortho-K was over $4,000 per year. Even more concerning, the price the manager mentioned was different from what the front desk later stated. There was no clear breakdown of the fees, and the pricing felt unclear and non-transparent. For a long-term medical treatment like Ortho-K, professionalism, consistency, and transparency are essential. Unfortunately, that was not what we experienced.
