Wow! We are absolutely blown away by the service we received from Dr. Thai and her team! Two weeks ago, my wife had her very first eye exam with Dr. Thai—and we couldn’t be happier. We were seen within five minutes of arriving (no long wait, which is rare these days), and from the moment the exam began, it was clear we were in excellent hands. Dr. Thai is professional, warm, and incredibly personable. She took her time with the exam, didn’t rush a single step, and was impressively thorough. You can tell she truly cares about her patients. The experience was so great, I returned today with my own pair of eyeglasses—frames I’d been holding onto for over a year because I didn’t trust just anyone to handle them. These aren’t ordinary frames—they require custom drilling and specialty screws. Dr. Thai personally called the lab to confirm they could handle my prescription and the frame work. That level of personal attention? Rare. Exceptional. And on top of that, I picked up my wife’s new computer glasses today—she tried them on and was super happy with her new prescription. Nailed it.
