We had an exceptional experience at this establishment! I brought my grandson in for an eye exam before the new school year, and although he was initially restless, the doctor showed remarkable patience and understanding. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere exceeded my expectations in every way. This place is a true gem, and I'm so grateful to have discovered it! 💎

Best optometrist in town and around. I brought my elderly mom for an eye exam. Dr. Chu was exceptional, gave us plenty of time and was very thorough in her exam. I've never seen an optometrist that didn't act rushed and eager to sell you glasses then get rid of you. This practice isn't like the others She explained everything that she was doing and gave my mom ( Who didn't speak English much) an undivided attention. Dr. Chu was kind, personable, professional and a real human being in a time where financial gain seems to be all what matter in the medical field . Her staff was very kind, happy and professional. Special shout out to her technician, Vince, who was beyond kinda, professional and patient with us. By the way, Dr. Chu went out of her way to get me a chair to sit while we were choosing glasses . The selection of glasses was outstanding and the office was elegant and clean. Hardwood floors, nice carpet, nothing was broken or cheaply like other doctors offices can sometimes be. I'm going to change my optometrist myself and transfer to Dr. Chu. Dr. Chu and Vince, thank you very much. My mom didn't speak English but she told me after the visit how much she liked and appreciated your kindness both. Thank you so much!

We love Dr Katie she’s the best we been with for years. She is a Diamond in a hay stack so nice so kind an intelligent professional doctor !!! The best thing Rosemead has ! She has very stylish Rodeo Drive looking office! Barbie Ken dream house very elegant makes you feel high class once you enter the love is there! Dr. Chu is a great and responsible doctor, but her staffs are being mean and manipulative to ask you to buy and shamed you if you don’t buy their glasses with expensive prices. I called them to schedule eye exam, some staff already answered my phone, but there is a guy to grab the phone yelled they were on their lunch break and said they shouldn’t pick up my phone and hung up on me and refused to explain it. That was not make any sense

One thing I will saying about Dr. Katie she is amazing she made my daughter feel so comfortable and safe she took her time didn’t rush the appointment she even made the time to explain everything to my daughter best experience thank you Dr. Katie. I 100% recommend her.
