Sanford Health Thief River Falls Eye Center and Optical

TERRIBLE service! Will NOT be back. NO ONE helped me at all. I felt uncomfortable the entire time there. The Dr's were great, nice and explained the ladies up front would be helping answer all my questions and help me find frames. Never happened . I walked around that clinic for at least 30 minutes. No one ever came to help. I felt dumb walking around continuously, without anyone ever saying 1 word to me. One lady had stated she would come out to assist me in finding frames but she never did. I walked right out. I will NOT ever be back to this place. DO BETTER!! Treat your customers better !!! 💯💯💯💯

Dr. Kelly is a Rockstar doc. The staff is also long term and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend trusting this team with all your vision needs.

The eye Dr. is really great he explains things well and asks all the time if I have questions and just to call him back if I have any troubles. The front desk hellp I really don't like to talk to they are rude and no help at all with the exception of James. He is always willing to help no matter what I stop in for. He is so helpful and courteous he is an awesome employee. Thank you James for always going that extra to help!

Dr. Kelly is awesome! He is very thorough and so thoughtful to make sure he explains everything and makes you feel totally comfortable. Staff is so very nice and helpful, truly a great exam start to finish. I recommend highly!

Very friendly and caring staff.especially james.i had to get bifocals instead from Sanford optical because another eye place screwed up on my lenses.the people at Sanford optical are the best I even got a discount.overall very friendly staff.everyone is awesome
