I recently had my eye exam at the Thief River Falls location. Everyone is amazing!!! I would like to make a special shout out to Erica who assisted me with my contacts order. She went above and beyond in getting the information I needed, helping me understand how the insurance process worked and had the information back to me fast!! And my order was complete! Great service!!

Inconsistent hours.. we drove 2 hours to pick up glasses just to find out this place was not open for two more days, even though online and their voicemail says otherwise. One week they are open certain days, following week is different. Very upset to waste my time and fuel. Most likely will go elsewhere for future optical needs.
Incredible staffing provided a great experience the entire way through. Very knowledgeable staff, and proper disinfecting practices ensured my visit was comfortable and successful without any issues. Scheduling was not a problem, even though I had 5 appointments to make and rescheduled two of them, they still had my entire family covered. I Highly recommend Midwest Vision Centers
