My sister recommended Dr. Katims to me. My son & I see Dr. Rachel Katims. She is unbelievably amazing!! We love her!! The entire staff is so nice!! We love her so much I have actually recommended her to my friend, whom also absolutely loves her!! Highly highly recommend!!
Had an issue with an eye ulcer and Dr. Rachel was on it from beginning to end. Never once asked for any payment. She wanted to make sure I healed properly. It showed me how much she cares about her patients.
Entire staff very friendly and helpful. They make you feel comfortable and treat you with respect. Made it easy to order new contacts and was able to get my eyeglass frame adjusted quickly
I’ve seen both father and daughter now. They are two genuinely caring people; the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree. They are positive, upbeat, engaged and honest. No sales pitches, no pushing. Great doctors & great people.
Katims is the very best with all forms of eye care. Both Sanford and Rachel are experts in their field. They have done same day procedures for me when I had issues with my eyes. The staff is helpful and professional.
