The young lady who fitted me for my glasses is AWESOME! Has a good real, sweet personality about her. Dr. Girsky was great also. Thank you💐

I'm very disappointed that a $30 cancellation fee has now been implemented for patients who need to reschedule. I have been a patient for several years and have only needed to reschedule one other time and never been informed of this policy. It is frustrating that they seem willing to lose a long-term, reliable patient over a single scheduling change.
My experience at sango eye care has been unpleasant to say the least. My interaction with some of the staff have made me feel uncomfortable. I received my glasses and the lenses were scratched and the lady said she couldn’t see them as if I was lying. She went to check with a coworker and said “Well she doesn’t see them either” they did order me another pair of lenses and I’m still waiting due to the holiday but when I called back Jennifer got smart with me when I asked what was taking so long… she proceeds to say “Well if you look at calendar..” as if I’m incompetent. Just unacceptable customer service. I do appreciate Gabby. She was the best and was very helpful. Looking forward to getting my glasses.
I took my son there to get prescription redone for the year. The doctor would not listen to me when I said he was in progressive lense. He was put in a single lense. He couldn't see out them. Which I knew that would already occur. So I had to wait two weeks to get him for another exam and they put him another prescription I went back to them said his current glass and these new are to strong on his eyes. The tech was rushing the exam and had take him back twice since she was rushing. I don't understand why it nearly impossible to get anyone to listen. I'm not impressed with this eye center. We won't be returning.
Love this place. Came here for my first pair of glasses in 2018 and they're still holding strong. Friendly and professional. I opted for the optimap instead of the dilation, totally worth it. The prices of the glasses are clearly marked and when I was done with my exam, they explained to me what my insurance covered towards the different glasses. The display is well organized, and have lots of mirrors to facilitate checking how they look and feel. The glasses come with a warranty for a year, as long as you don't lose them and they are not stolen.
