Walmart Vision Center

We had such a great experience at the Walmart Vision Center! The staff went above and beyond to help my daughters find the perfect pair of glasses. They even ended up getting two pairs each thanks to the discount offered on a second pair, which was super helpful and affordable. My husband and I also got contacts, and the whole process was smooth and easy. A huge thank you to Stefanie, Shannon, and Angela, they were all amazing! Very friendly, kind, and provided excellent customer service. At pickup, we met Elisa, who was just as sweet and polite. She treated my daughters so kindly, which really meant a lot to me as a mom. Great variety, great prices, and outstanding customer service. I would definitely recommend this Vision Center to anyone!

Wonderful customer service from Angela. She took time explaining my insurance benefits and whether they would best be appliedto my contacts or glasses. She then got both ordered for me. Very helpful and knowledgeable!!! Thank you Angela!!!

I went in to ask how much my VSP insurance would cover for my glasses something I have done every year and the associate helped me Shannon acted like I was bothering her and was very rude. Made a comment she can’t call pull VSP up and was mad and rude when she had to do her job and call VSP to cancel authorization and there was no one in there but on other person being helped. She wasn’t busy and I obviously was bothering her. She told me what I needed and I asked her for paper which I have been given before and she refused to give me so I asked politely can I take a photo and she said no. I told her she was the rudest person I have ever met here. Due to her unprofessional attitude they have lost a customer. She really needs customer service training.

I've gotten glasses here 5 times in the past few years and I appreciate how helpful they are. Angela is the one I go to and she's very helpful, kind and pleasant to work with. She is really knowledgeable and treats me very well. I highly recommend this eye center!...😊
