My shopping experience was pleasant; I found everything I was looking for. The service was great, both in the deli section and at checkout. My only suggestion would be to open more registers when there is a line; the aisles are narrow and there are few checkout lanes available—specifically the self-checkout ones.

Just Discover Living Moment 2 Moment (JDLM2M)

Store very clean and tidy. No music? Thank you, but not? No night parking, but maybe Walmart could have QR for a little more revenue for those whom need to sleep in car. Hence a fee of like $10 or $15 a night? Just a suggestion. Pics attached from the cool new products I saw.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at one of your stores. I was denied the ability to use a $5 off coupon on baby formula that I received through the Similac Rewards app. I was told the location stopped allowing certain coupons because people had been scamming Lego coupons. As a mother trying to provide for my child, this was honestly heartbreaking and frustrating. Formula is already expensive, and every dollar helps, especially for parents doing their best to care for their babies. I took the time to use a legitimate coupon provided through the Similac Rewards app, only to be denied because of issues completely unrelated to me. It felt unfair, embarrassing, and discouraging. What made the situation even more upsetting was my interaction with a coach named George. When I asked for the manager’s name to address my concerns, he refused to provide it and instead pointed to the wall and told me to call the customer service phone number. As a paying customer, I felt dismissed and as though my concerns were not being taken seriously. I completely understand the need to prevent scams and protect the store. However, if security guards are properly securing the store and employees are doing their jobs by verifying coupons correctly, honest customers should not have to suffer the consequences of others’ actions. Parents and families should not be punished when they are simply trying to save money on necessities like baby formula.

I have never understood how a multi-billion dollar company cannot invest in quality. Walmart rather invest in AI generated self checkout machines instead of having real people check real customers out they think that this is going to possibly shrink their theft come holiday season but they are highly mistaken actually it is going to cause more issues more lawsuits and more theft. As much as I am itching to explain exactly how this is going to come about I don't feel the need to save a company that is not worth saving. I have already noticed the discrepancies when it comes to the AI generated self-checkout machines and how it process each scan. Let the drama for 2026 holiday season begin!!!!

I have used delivey from this place and most often I get dented cans, missing items, expired dairy and what is more alarming chicken and other perishables arriving at over 50 degrees!!!! That is a health hazard. I know they subcontract and I know they delivery drivers cherry pick the tips offered. If you tip better you get better service. If they don't like the tip you may not get your groceeries at all. The whole thing is a disaster and health hazard.
