Sam`s Club Optical

5-Star Review for Sam’s Club Auto Center – Gainesville, FL I visited Sam’s Club in Gainesville, FL today to replace the battery in my truck. Although the auto center was very busy, one of the mechanics, Mr. Gilberto, went above and beyond to assist me. He noticed I was waiting and immediately took the initiative to look up the correct battery using his tablet. His professionalism, knowledge, and courteous attitude made a big difference in my experience. He not only helped me find the right battery, but also suggested I replace my windshield wipers, which I hadn’t even considered. Thanks to his advice and help, I got both the battery and wipers replaced efficiently and smoothly. I left completely satisfied with the service. Mr. Gilberto's professionalism and customer care are outstanding. Thank you, Sam’s Club, and especially thank you to Mr. Gilberto for the excellent service!

I love this store including the tire service except for the optical center. They don’t deserve the reputation of the Sam’s club. The staff’s ability is not reliable and they even made a mistake with my prescription for the first time. They also declined my request for refund of the lenses within 90 days. Please go Target optical if you look for excellent service even though it is a bit expensive.

I brought in my own designer glasses and they put in perfectly fit lenses for much less than the competitors. Will definitely purchase from Sam's Optical again. Also, the two ladies were nice and helpful.

Advertised free glasses-cleaning and adjustment through text message. Guy ended up breaking one of my glasses’s legs under a minute. Unprofessional.

Angie is an absolutely beautiful saint. Incredibly sweet and helped even though she just started her lunch break. Top notch
