I do not recommend Santa Clarita Vision Center based on my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt the customer service was terrible. The two receptionists had a lot of attitude and did not know how to speak to patients professionally. I waited a long time before I was finally called back. They took pictures of my eyes and repeated several tests, but after all of that, I still didn’t get any answers about the vision problems I came in for. When I finally saw the doctor, I left feeling like my concerns had not been addressed. I was charged $130, but I didn’t feel like I received any real help. I asked why I had to pay if I wasn’t given a prescription that would actually help me. I was told they could give me a prescription but that I wasn’t required to get it, which made no sense to me and felt completely pointless. I explained that I work seven days a week, more than 80 hours, to support my family, and I asked if they could help me with a discount since I didn’t feel the visit solved my problem. They refused and simply told me I still had to pay. I left feeling like I wasted my time and my money without getting the help I needed. I have pictures from my exam and my receipt to document my visit. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend Santa Clarita Vision Center. I believe the customer service needs significant improvement, and I was very disappointed with the care I received.
