Excellent service & customer support. Everyone who works here is very friendly & helpful. They have up to date equipment to examine eyes. I have been coming here for 3 years in a row. Had severe eye issues but thanks to DR. Steven Kleen. He is experienced & very knowledgeable. He provides excellent care & explains exactly the problem & provides the best solution. This place might be inside walmart and not in a name brand well established property. But, the treatment by OD/ DR. Steven Kleen is outstanding.

I saw Dr. Kleen for years. I told him thought I needed trifocals for years. He kept telling me I was too young. I finally went to another doctor who checked as part of my exam. It only took a few seconds for my new doctor to see I needed trifocals. After years of severe headaches,not being able to do my job, and not being able to read my phone. The new glasses changed everything for me. I even got off the migraine medicine. I hope Dr. Kleen learns that patients are individuals and don't fit in every box. I suffered for years with him not addressing my concerns.

I had a great experience with Dr Kleen. I had double vision for a year now, my last optometrist did not really say much about it. Dr Kleen explained why this could be happening. Explained about my eye sight in detail, why this was happening and what I needed to do to overcome this problem. I will be going to Dr Kleen in the future. I also read the reviews and some bad reviews had to do with the eyeglass department which Dr Kleen is not part of.

The reason I'm giving a one star is for the staff. I waited 13 weeks for glasses that were NEVER submitted. After 8 weeks I called and all I heard was it's still pending. I called every week after to hear they are pending still. I had to do the job of his staff and call the Insurance to hear it was never submitted. When I called the office back and asked why hasn't my glasses came in? They said well I dont know? Now the lady wanted to use the same frames I have already that supposedly they didn't have before. Every time I've called just goes to answering machine. Have to wait for a call back.

This was my first time seen by Dr. Kleen. He does such an excellent job in analyzing my vision exam then anyone else I have seen in the past. I have been missing the ability to see everything so much clearer. He also explains everything so well about your eyeballs. Very friendly! Thanks Doc!
