From scheduling my appointment to checking out, my entire experience was smooth and stress free. The communication throughout the process was excellent, making everything easy to understand and well-organized. The office itself was clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, kind, and professional, which made a big difference in my visit. I came in for a wellness exam and to discuss my eligibility for vission correction, and I felt well taken care of every step of the way. Everyone who works here is so friendly! I had a really great experience having my eyes checked and getting new glasses! They also accept UPHP insurance which is a huge bonus! Making an appointment was really easy and I got in quickly. The entire experience went very smooth and I’ll continue to go here for all my eye needs! Also, the lady helping me pick out my new glasses did a great job giving her honest opinion which was much appreciated with my severe indecisiveness, she felt like my best friend giving me good advice! I loved it!

Dr. Marchand is the absolute best. I have extremely poor vision and he has done an incredible job over the years trying out new ones and working with me and my insurance to make sure that I have contacts that not only make me see correctly, but fit comfortably. I’ve seen a lot of eye doctors in my life, and he is by far the best I’ve ever had. His staff is also absolutely incredible. It doesn’t matter that I haven’t been there in a year, they still remember who I am and treat me like an old friend. Eye doctor experiences have not always been the best for me, but Soo Vision Clinic has relieved so much of my anxiety about being able to see properly and I cannot recommend them enough.

First time visit , after having to cancel a previous appointment due to illness, which was not an issue. Everyone was very nice on point doing their job. My appointment went right off on time , The Doctor took the time to listen to my situation and suggested all he could to potentially improve my Vision.
