Dr Hart was kind and professional, as was everyone Ive interacted with at this location. Letitia deserves special recognition! Her costumer service is unmatched, going above and beyond in a timely manner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for eye care. Special thanks to this team!
I broke my frames and when I called about new ones Kim was so friendly on the phone and encouraged me to stop by, letting me know that if they have the same frame it would be up to 15 minutes to sanitize the lens etc Emily helped me when I stopped in and she is just the sweetest. I shopped while she looked for my frame. Less than 10 minutes later she called me to tell me my frame was not available but she found three options for me to look at. I went right back and she helped me pick the best frame for me. I appreciated her honesty in which frame looked best and her effort to find me the best option. Her positive attitude, friendliness and efficiency were very much appreciated.

Called and was put on hold. When I reached 20 minutes I gave up. It was the second time I called and the same thing happened then.
