Horrible service ! I went to the urgent care on June 12, 2025. The front desk told me the doctor won't be back till for was I willing to wait which I agreed too. I waited and 4:15 I walked to the front desk and the young girl on her personal phone talking and asked her is the doctor back because they said they will be called. The front desk girl explained that the doctor went to lunch and that when she comes back she will till me. At 4:25 I explain to the girl who btw is still on her personal call talking loudly "you want me to teach you to swim" that its been sometime when will you guys be calling. She responds "oh yea we calling ppl now" only 3 of us in the waiting room and I nor was anyone else called, so I proceeded to tell her it was fine and I would be leaving. While she still on her personal phone having personal conversation. This was very unprofessional and the service and wait time was horrible.

A waste of time smh, they claim to not take metro plus, they should have that posted on the website, so people would be aware of that before they arrive. Don't go here you're better off going to (Essence Care at 2202 Grand Concourse) they have better service.
