I’m very satisfied and confident with the care I’ve received from Dt Pomerantz. The office is well run. Wait times are invariably short. . Office staff is efficient and pleasant and very quick to respond to questions when you call. They will typically check with the doctor while you wait on hold.
As the ultimate prefessional, Dr. Pomerantz always has his patient's best interest at heart. When I was considering cataract surgery but was very fearful of the procedure, he gave me relevant statistics as to who gets dry eye afterwards which alleviated my concerns. Dr. Pomerantz said that ultimately, unless my vision is impaired to the point where I am unable to do the activities I enjoy, there is no need to have the surgery immediately. We agreed to monitor my vision and watch the progression of the cataracts. Dr. P. Is the most understanding, kind and knowledgeable doctor I have ever met! My husband who is also a patient will have cataract surgery by Dr. P. whose guidance and expertise, he regards very highly. Staff and technicians are also very diligent and thoroughly answer all questions but seek answers if they arent sure. My husband and I are extremely satisfied regarding the consistency and breadth of care we receive. Everyone is superb at Metro Eye Care and we would never go anywhere else!!!
