On Saturday, July 25, 2026, between 6:00 and 6:15 PM, Wayne—the manager at the Auto Centers location—told me he couldn't install the tires on my van because the equipment used to lift commercial vehicles was broken. I told him that if he couldn't install the tires, I wanted a refund. I gave him my phone to process the refund, but I don't know what he did; he entered it into the system as if he had handed the tires over to me. He told me the money would be in my account by that afternoon, but when I checked my account about two days later, I saw they had charged me rather than refunding me. My app indicated that I had until August 24 to return the tires and get my money back, but I didn't actually have the tires—the shop had kept them. When I realized this, I went back to request the refund and explain that the tires were still at the shop. The person on duty when I explained the situation said that if I emptied the van, they could install the tires. I made a new appointment for the following Sunday and emptied my van. When I arrived for the installation at my appointment time, the van was already inside the shop, but Wayne told the employee assisting me that they couldn't install the tires because I had already processed the refund and the money was on its way to my bank. I explained that wasn't the case—my app showed that I still had the tires and that the funds would only become available once I actually returned them. I even asked Wayne to come over and look at my phone, but he refused to get up to check it; instead, he just told the employee to give me the number so I could call customer service. I told him I wasn't going to call and demanded he give me the tires—since the app claimed I had them, there was no reason for them to keep my tires—but they told me they couldn't do it. ...give them to me. I told them again to hand over my tires so I could have them installed elsewhere; I argued that if the app showed I already had them, there was no reason for the store to be holding onto them. The young man asked me to wait while he spoke to Wayne and called customer service; they confirmed that the system indeed showed the tires as being in my possession. Even after the young man explained that the issue was resolved and the tires could be installed, Wayne insisted that the tires couldn't be mounted on the van due to its weight. The young man explained that Marc had already checked the van's weight and confirmed the swap was possible, yet Wayne still went over to where Marc was with my van—I don't know what he said to him. This second incident occurred on August 2nd around 1:00 PM; both incidents can be viewed on the security cameras near the Auto Care Center checkout area. I believe he is an incompetent manager; I am a manager at Aldi myself, and I believe a manager should provide solutions for customers rather than create problems. I hope the installation was done correctly and that there are no issues with the van; people like this give the company a bad name.

Great!!! 😃 They had everything I needed. They had plenty of bird seed, and all kinds of varieties to choose from. Thank you Walmart 👍🏽
I hate Walmart! They miss use technology & now have access to you're emotions while you're in the store! Emotional Recognition technology is an overstep by far! Every single person in these stores should be uncomfortable with this! The whole corporation should be more focused on what they can do to lessen their footprint not focused solely on how to make more money! They can do much better all the way around! It makes me sick how negligent they are! And the bathrooms always stink too!
I was just planning to get a couple of things to make a salad and a little vegetable stew for dinner tonight. I ended up getting a bunch more stuff that I had planned on getting because the price was so good and the food items were fantastic. I’m excited to get busy preparing the meal!
Theresa and Heidi I believe her name was, were absolutely stellar employees! I am a Spark driver and had an extra large order to shop and they helped me bag everything and bring it to my vehicle and helped load it in my trunk to ensure the delivery was on time. They were quick and very kind.
