Brandon, was phenomenal. The Walmart in gladstone extended up my work order on 3 new tires. Thank God he caught it or my warranty would be void!

I called this Walmart location today seeking information about One Piece TCG availability. The associate who answered my call placed me on hold for an extended period so I could speak with a manager, whose name I understood to be Sharonda (or Shalonda). I initially asked whether the store knew when the vendors restocked the trading cards. She explained that vendors do not provide advance notice of their visits, which I completely understand. I then asked a simple follow-up question: based on her experience, when does she typically notice the cards on the shelves? Rather than attempting to help, she responded that she didn’t know. From the moment she answered the phone, her tone came across as dismissive and uninterested in assisting me. Because of the interaction, I asked for her name. She paused and asked why I needed it. When I confirmed that she was the manager, I asked if she would spell her name so I could accurately identify who I had spoken with. Instead of providing it, she hung up on me. As someone with management experience myself, I understand that not every question has an answer. However, professionalism, courtesy, and respect should always be expected from someone in a leadership position. Hanging up on a customer who is calmly asking questions is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store. I want to be clear that my experiences in the store have generally been positive. The associates I encounter in person are typically friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my experiences when calling this location have been consistently different. The phone interactions often feel rushed, indifferent, and lacking basic customer service. Based on this experience, I am concerned that the leadership may be contributing to that culture. I was polite throughout the conversation and simply wanted information about a product. I did not deserve to be treated disrespectfully or have the call ended abruptly. I hope this feedback is taken seriously so future customers receive the level of professionalism and courtesy they should expect.

Solid Walmart stop. They’ve got everything you need — from snacks to socks to something you didn’t even know you were looking for. You can find decent, not-overly-processed stuff, but yeah… gotta check the ingredients (or scan with the app). Parking’s a breeze — huge lot, never had trouble finding a spot. All in all, gets the job done without much drama. Will I come back? Probably. If my GPS leads me here again. 😄 spend $56 )

Waited at "customer service" while I listened the lady working be extremely rude to the person on the phone. She tried everything in the world to just not help the person. Then pretends to take his number and phone number down as she wrote down nothing. I just wanted to add some cash on a one pay walmart account. Barcode says to show barcode to customer service to add code. She says cant do that. You have to go to money services which is not open. I asked why does it say show code to customer service? She literally stood there ignored me like I wasn't standing there! She should not be working in customer service! Why have a job if you're not willing to work or provide service?

Auto center is a JOKE. SCHEDULED an appointment on Friday for Monday with the lady who has worked there for 20+ years. Show up and they say there’s no record of our appointment. Awesome. They say they can work us in if I leave it. Cool. I get to work in Olathe for them to call me and tell me that the tires they BOTH verified were in stock were not in stock. Ok cool so they upsell me more expensive tires just to turn around and tell me they’re NOT IN STOCK. That is three individual verifications failed. Next, the tell me all they can do is a $180 tire so we have risen over double in price. I asked the guy what they could do discount wise because this has been a disaster. “Oh I can’t do nuthin for you man.” Hear me loud and clear- you are better off with a bus pass, a bicycle, good footwear, ubering, or a custom import shop than ever taking a vehicle to this incompetent hell hole.
