On Tuesday June 16, 2026, I had my eye examination Dr. Ledford and his staff were very professional and great customer service. You will get a very detailed check-up with the latest eye examination equipment. I would highly recommend this office for any extensive eye examination and the purchase of glasses or contacts. Dr Ledford took the time and explained everything about my eyes and exam. Thanks to him and his staff.

Dr. Ledford is good…; however, communications with in his office and any response to a patience is not so great. Not much follow through. I haven’t received any follow up calls and when I try to call, email or just go to their office even… I again get little to no response… they are there and they don’t answer or they are just not there! I am now well over a month of waiting for my $800+ glasses and no real communication 🤷🏼‍♀️😉 I have called and finally went there again today again. Unfortunately their voice mail doesn’t state that they will be closed on certain dates… but this was on their door

Dr. Ledford is wonderful. He does not rush from patient to patient so you feel very valued. He is also very funny. His staff are great too. They are not at all pushy with sales so the whole office feels very comfortable.

Dr Ledford is pleasant and very thorough. I feel totally confident that I am getting a complete exam, diagnosis and explanation. His office staff is equally pleasant and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend Dr. Ledford and his staff- professional, thorough and pleasant! Dr. Ledford never rushed me on any visit and I feel he really listened to me and answered my questions and gave sound feedback.
