This place has consistently given me the best care and service. I have double vision thanks to a car accident I was a passenger in. The quality of the physicians, staff, optical shop and lab are unparalleled. I consistently get the clearest, lightest, most effective glasses, and that is something for someone like me who has such terrible vision. 👍👍

I’m giving this place one star only because I had to leave a review. I’d avoid it at all costs! The prices are outrageous—a pair of glasses was going to cost me over $600, while I got them elsewhere for $100. They claimed I needed a laser procedure to relieve eye pressure and sent me to Brunswick for it. On the day of the procedure, they put the wrong substance in my eye, preventing the treatment. I was sent home—over 30 miles away—without an apology or compensation and had to return another day. They acted like nothing happened. Every office visit I paid my co-pay, yet despite my last visit being in January, I received a letter in October threatening collections for a supposed 90-day overdue balance. How can I owe anything when I haven’t been there in 10 months? The service is terrible, overrated, and far too expensive. I strongly recommend staying away!
They're keeping my eyes health. I started going here due to my Dad had a great experience. I highly recommend them.
The staff and drs at seaside couldn’t be more attentive and caring. I recently had an emergency and within an hour, Holly worked with Dr Lee and had a solution. I also had cataract surgery by Dr Scott over a year ago who explained the entire process, addressing my concerns and questions leaving me confident the procedure would be a success. Over a year later and all is well. The staff at the surgical center were very nice and calming the entire time. I highly recommend this practice.
They’ve been filling my wife’s contacts every 6 months for several years. Then claim that I’ve been getting them filled only once a year and now insurance wouldn’t cover it. It’s all been very confusing and this is after leaving a bad review on the Brunswick office for messing up the prescription for the contacts for no reason. I’m editing this in response to the response below: Then y’all must have a clerical error or changed something in the system. I remember specifically being told it was 6 months at a time, and picking up contacts y’all said were covered every 6 months. I’ve never had to pay out of pocket until now. So no, I do not accept the response I have been given and you can consider us no longer patients of seaside opthamology
