Walmart Vision Center

Scott at Wal-Mart vision center was awesome !!! Went in fully prepared to pay for another set of frames because my kiddos broke! He was so so awesome- he fixed them for me so I didn’t have to buy new ones !!! We didn’t get the prescription from there but was told if we bring in said eye prescription from another place (since my kiddo just had this exam less than a month ago) they could fill said glasses prescription for me should my kiddo even need another pair !!! Hands down amazing and I will def be going there for future glasses needs !!!

Scott was awesome. Whenever I come in , service is great. The Product is first rate and so is the service. Three times I have had Scott as my interface and I appreciate the service. My daughter told me how good Walmart Optical was and it is true!!

I have been getting my glasses here for years, I am always acknowledged and they are always very helpful. They make you feel at that time you are the only customer in the store. I tend to lean towards Scott but everyone is good. !!

After calling around Saint Mary’s and Yulee, I was pleasantly surprised when Scott answered the phone and setup a same day appointment. Scott helped us find the perfect glasses for my daughter at a great price. I am a happy customer 😁

I am down from South Carolina visiting visiting family and Scott went above and beyond to help me. I broke the arm off my glasses and needed just a back up pair since my new glasses are on order. He popped out my lenses and made them work with a frame that they had. I really appreciate his willingness to help without hesitating. It is rare now a days to see such great customer service. Thank you Scott for saving the day.
