I have been a been a patient and customer for 30+ years. Dr. Williams is great, referring me to a top notch clinic for my cataract surgery. He takes great care of my eyes. Customer service is excellent, frames and lenses are fitted with care and they go the extra mile to get you the frames or lenses you need.

Do NOT go to this clinic. This has been the most unprofessional, bizarre, and disrespectful experience I have ever had with a healthcare provider. I had a confirmed appointment for 4:00 PM and arrived 30 minutes early at 3:30 PM. Upon arrival, the two front desk staff members (a man and a woman) were incredibly dismissive. They just stared at their screens, ignored me for ten minutes, and then casually informed me my appointment was canceled because I had booked a backup appointment for next week. I received ZERO prior notice about this cancellation—no email, no call, no text. When I politely asked to just see the doctor since I was already there and took time out of my day, they refused. Instead, they offered to reschedule me for this Friday. I agreed to the new schedule and left. Shortly after I left, I received an absolutely shocking phone call from them. They blatantly lied and accused me of being 'late' to my 4:00 PM appointment (again, I was there at 3:30). Then, they told me they were canceling the Friday appointment they had just offered me, explicitly stated they 'do not want to see me again,' and actually called me 'weird' and accused me of 'poor communication.' My only 'poor communication' was expecting them to honor my confirmed appointment! The absolute audacity, lying, and lack of basic human decency from the front desk staff are unreal. Save yourself the stress, time, and disrespect, and find a clinic that treats its patients with basic dignity."

I have been a patient at Seattle Vision Care Center for the past 35 years. Dr. Bruce Williams put me on contacts when my glasses broke at work in 1991 and I’ve been with him ever since. He does the most comprehensive and thorough exam and I am always very pleased with the results and my vision is corrected to 20/20. Dr. Williams makes you feel very comfortable and relaxed throughout the exam and the staff is always very nice and welcoming. I highly recommend Seattle Vision Center to anyone who wants their vision properly corrected.

I visited Seattle Vision Care Center for the first time last week for an exam and glasses Rx. As a life-long glasses wearer I have been to many clinics and can say for certain that my experience here was exemplary. Everyone I came in contact with was so kind and welcoming. Extra shoutout to Gavin! His wealth of knowledge and care for the craft made the process so seamless. He was so patient in answering all of my questions. I didn’t feel rushed or undervalued at any point. I feel like I left my appointment with more knowledge than I’ve gained in years because of his genuine openness and expertise. I will be recommending Seattle Vision to friends and family in the future!

The optometrist is seasoned, methodical, and patient. Experience matters. You aren’t going to get this time and attention at Costco or Warby Parker. I needed a contact fitting and I am so glad that I came here. If you want personalized service and great products, this is where you want to go.
