If you’re looking for the best place for eyewear, look no further! Chris Childress is incredibly attentive and truly an expert at what he does. Due to my travels, I’ve had to make use of other shops in the Northeast, but none of them compared to the quality and service here. Whether you need new prescription glasses or a great pair of sunglasses, I wholeheartedly recommend Seaview Optical!
Excellent experience with Seaview Optical. Called and explained my situation which had a very tight window because I was traveling the next day. I had been to their other practice prior but had some symptoms come back. The Receptionist was very kind and understanding of my situation. She fit me in and I saw the doctor who was very thorough, patient and explained what medication I needed and within hours of using the medication I felt so much better. Thank you!
We have been going to this eye doctor for about 10 years now. The customer service is truly exceptional every single visit. The staff is always friendly, accommodating, and goes above and beyond to help with every detail — especially when it comes to insurance, which they make easy and stress-free. Shout out to Samantha for making us feel like family. They have the best shoppe onsite with the best staff I’ve ever experienced. The selection of glasses and sunglasses featuring many high-end brand names. The team is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about all the products. They also take the time to help you find the perfect look while staying within your budget, which I really appreciate!! I couldn’t recommend this office enough. A 10 out of 10 experience every time!
I have been a patient/customer at SeaView for 5 + years. I am obviously very happy with the eye care and eye wear as I continue to return. The staff is great and they themselves have been there at least as long as I have. Always a positive experience. A+
I have been a client at Seaview since 2011. Until recently my experiences have been positive. My last 2 visits have been disappointing. The first one, two weeks ago, I had to leave before seeing the doctor because they were running 45 minutes behind schedule. It happened again today. Running 45 minutes behind again. A simple phone call or text would have made a huge difference in my experience. I did eventually see the doctor and she appears to be attentive and professional. I suggest that the persons responsible for client relations consider letting their customers know when there is a delay.
