Dr Ivy and her staff are awesome! I wish all my doctor visits could be as smooth and compassionate as this one. The office uses the latest and advanced technology combined with a lot of care and time spent with the patient. I wish I could rate my visit with 10 stars! ♥️
I'm so grateful for Dr. Wright. He's the first doctor who actually took the time to understand what my problem might be. He's honest, won't try to sell you gimmicks, and is incredibly knowledgeable. I always look forward to my appointments with him. His staff is also friendly and fun to spend time with. My eyes are already improving, and I couldn't be more appreciative.
Generally, I see the very knowledgable Dr. Ivy for checkups however this visit I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Wright. The office receptionist was impressively attentive to picking up on details that indicated urgency and was able to make room for me same day for an emergency visit. Dr. Wright immediately brought ease to my worry with his charming humor, followed by a thorough diagnosis and treatment breakdown clearly informed by a seasoned veteran of the ocular trade. Jinny in the eye glass section was wonderful as well patiently guiding me on a temporary set of spectacles, so generously loaned by Dr. Wright. So much love, respect, and gratitude to the entire team, for their genuinely heartfelt top-notch care. This practice is a gem of our community.
Was traveling out of town and needed a new nose pad for my Ray-Ban sunglasses. Turns out the nose pad is very specific and they did not have a compatible replacement BUT it wasn't for the lack of trying. Jillie was pleasant from the word go, not treating me as a bother or non-customer. While I don't live in the area to purchase new prescription glasses from them, future customers may benefit from knowing they have such phenomenal customer service! Thank you!
Dr. Wright is an absolute gem! I struggle with dry eyes due to an autoimmune disease. I recently moved to the area and needed a new optometrist- boy, do I feel blessed to have found Sedona Eye Care. I have learned so much about how to care for my dry eyes, and I leave each appointment with a new understanding or tool to use. Dr. Wright's level of expertise is a rare find, and he truly listens to my concerns and takes the time to patiently explain my care plan. I am so grateful for him.
