I’ve had previously just going here for years and even though after my insurance stopped after 26, I explored other options like LensCrafters or some of those super fast places in the mall, etc. they had decent deals but honestly nothing that was that crazy and my Medicaid didn’t help much… she told me that unfortunately they could not take any of my Medicaid and I just assumed I would never be able to afford an eye exam contacts and glasses and I have severe astigmatism, but I’ve been going there ever since I was young and one of their employees called a couple months ago and said they wanted me to stay and I’ve been going for almost 15 years and she would give me all sorts of discounts and also I had an amazing experience with the doctor. I had not met her yet. This is a new doctor for me and she was incredible like she really was in tune with everything going on with my body and really seem to understand me and she’s very nonjudgmental. She’s very sweet. She’s open to being honest it’s just refreshing… also it was so nice. I was shopping around for the glasses forever to find an affordable pair, etc. and they offered me a discount cause they knew it was my birthday the day before! How nice is that like genuinely overall I only had to pay $550 for a full eye exam a year worth of contacts and a pair of glasses and I was in there for several hours and they got me water they were so sweet. I just wanna say again that even though I have to save up or ask for some family help occasionally it is so worth it to go back to see in my opinion because you just get a more intimate experience and they genuinely care and also great taste doesn’t hurt! But shout out to everyone who helped me out yesterday thank you all so much. Really appreciate it from the bottom of my heart, helped make my bday worth it! 🦋✨❤️‍🩹

My first experience with SEE Eyewear was exceptional. My designer sunglasses had a damaged screw and although they were originally purchased from Nordstrom, they were unable to assist with the repair. I decided to stop by SEE Eyewear, where Nicolas helped me. He was patient, professional and extremely helpful throughout the process. He quickly repaired my sunglasses without any issues and made the entire experience easy and stress-free. Thank you, Nicolas, for your outstanding customer service and expertise. I had a great experience with the SEE team. After eye surgery, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my optometrist immediately put me at ease with their knowledge and clear explanations. I left feeling informed and confident about my eye health. Elena and Richard also made choosing frames fun and stress-free. The whole team was friendly, professional, and caring.

Dr. Karina was fabulous. So kind, empathetic, understanding, and helpful. I had my very rambunctious newly turned 5 year old for her first exam for Kindergarten. She was very disregulated after a long day at camp. Dr. Karina took the time with her to get her to listen and comply happily. I am disabled and in a wheelchair, and the help and kindness and compassion toward us and our situation was not what we normally experience. We appreciate the wonderful treatment. Richard was also great in helping us purchase my new reading glasses. I've been going to SEE at this location for many years. This was my first time seeing Dr. Karina and she was a joy to meet and learn from.

Had a fantastic experience working with Elizabeth and co on restoring lenses on a vintage pair of shades. A project deemed “impossible” by other retailers nearby, was easy and accessible thanks to the wonderful staff at Old Orchard. As a nearly decade long sunglasses aficionado, I HIGHLY recommend working with this local shop. 10/10 on every level. Thank you again!
