See Sharp is an excellent eye care facility. Even as a new patient, I was able to get an appointment without any issue. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. They also have wonderful selection of frames. Dr. Stauble was thorough, informative and friendly. Wonderful experience, all around. I highly recommend !

Dr. Stauble changed my life! He spent almost an hour with me to identify an underlying issue that other doctors were not able to find. Thanks to his care, my vision issues have improved immensely. Scheduling is easy, the staff responds to texts and calls, and it’s a lovely store and office to be in. Thank you so much!
My first experience buying prescription glasses from SeeSharp was fantastic and I recently purchased from them again. Helpful, friendly staff who helped me choose from their great selection of frames. More important was that there were several options I wanted in my lenses and they did the research to find exactly what I wanted. Much higher quality and last better than glasses I got from a chain store.
The doctor and his service are nice. Staff are nice and helpful when you’re choosing your glasses. However, my experience was very different when I needed a repair only a few months after purchasing them. After dropping off my glasses (2nd fix due to the 1st time it was not properly fixed), I waited over two weeks without any update. When I finally called, the front desk employee said she didn’t know the status because the lab employee had stepped down, she could not check, and that she would call me back. Four hours later, I received a text saying my glasses were ready. What was most frustrating was receiving different explanations from different employees. The lab employee claimed he had fixed the glasses the same day I dropped them off and made it seem like it was my fault for not waiting, even though I had only planned to drop them off, not stay there to wait because I knew it took time. Meanwhile, the front desk employee said he wasn’t even there that day and only works about once a week. The inconsistent stories made me feel like responsibility was being passed around instead of honestly addressed. I would have appreciated a simple, genuine acknowledgment if the repair had been delayed or forgotten, along with an apology, rather than explanations that felt dishonest and dismissive. Better communication and more sincere customer service would go a long way toward building trust with customers.
Always a great visit. Seamless scheduling and clear communication about appointments and prescriptions. Dr. Stauble is very thorough! Very helpful staff! Gorgeous selections of eyewear.
