I had an excellent experience at Seminole Vision Center! The staff was friendly, welcoming, and made the entire visit easy from start to finish. The doctor was knowledgeable, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood everything about my eye health. The office was clean, organized, and the appointment was efficient without feeling rushed. I highly recommend Seminole Vision Center to anyone looking for professional, caring, and high-quality eye care. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I need to say this up front, sir. You’re a great doctor. Every time I’ve seen you, you’ve been thorough and you actually pay attention. I don’t have a complaint about you. This is about everyone else in your office. I work as a patient care advocate, so I don’t say this lightly. I know what a normal bad day at a doctor’s office looks like, and this wasn’t that. One of my own clients saw your office recently and came away with basically the same experience I did with your supervisor. So this isn’t just me having a bad interaction with her one time. I tried to talk to her about some of what happened during my visits. She cut me off more than once, told me flat out she didn’t feel she needed to explain herself, and acted like the idea of a patient having feedback was ridiculous. That’s not leadership. That’s someone who’s gotten too comfortable in her chair. And it’s not just her attitude. A nurse wiped her nose with her hand, then used that same hand to put drops in my eye. I’ve gotten called back days later because staff had to go ask you for answers they should have already known. One of my prescriptions never even made it to the pharmacy, and nobody caught it until I called asking where it was. And more than one person on your staff has told me, without me even asking, what it’s like working under her. You clearly care about your patients. I don’t think anyone’s telling you what’s actually going on back there. But your name is attached to all of it, and right now she and the way things are being run by her are not doing you any favors.

I never felt rushed, and he made sure all of my questions were answered. The technology they use is up-to-date, and I felt confident that I was receiving high-quality care.

I had my first eye exam today in over 20 years. At first, I had no idea what to expect, but after arriving, I was blown away. The staff was overwhelmingly friendly, and the office was clean and equipped with up-to-date technology. Dr. McRay is such a great doctor—he explained everything thoroughly and was patient when I had questions. He got me seeing better than I have in a very long time. I 100% recommend booking an appointment!

Incredibly rude people, acted annoyed that my child was there to get glasses. We have been elsewhere before and had good experience. I don’t recommend for children especially.
