Amazing experience. Everyone was soooo kind . I took my young son , and I truly felt like they cared about him and his vision. We were not treated as "just another patient ." . 10/10 recommend.
Everyone is always so helpful and kind here!! My eyes weren’t adjusting to my prescription very well so I came back a couple months later and the doctor was so nice, he did all the tests and listened to me very well. He decided to lower my astigmatism slightly and they sent my frames into the lab to get the updated prescription for free!! The ladies at the front desk are always so nice too!! This is my first time wearing glasses in my life and I’m 31 so it’s been completely foreign to me but this place makes me feel so comfortable and welcome!!! 💖
Yea! Found a great vision center. The staff are second to none. Dr. Webber is amazing she is kind, patient, knowledgeable. Emma, tech, is incredible. She too is kind, patient, knowledgeable, encouraging and fun. 🙃To sum up my experience, I was treated like a VIP.
Vision Source is a great experience for someone getting their eyes examined for the first time and times after that. Very helpful and great front desk help. My eye drops. is Dr. Trevor Cocklan and he makes me feel very comfortable during my exams. He is patient with me and also has a great 👍 sense of humor. I would recommend Vision Source to everyone.
I walked in today kind of angry! Life was going on and Vision Source was not understanding the importance of this life. After my well done eye exam I talked to Dr Karnish. I walked out knowing I was heard and understood. I appreciate that and glad I spoke up. I’ll see you all in the Fall.
