I've liked Dr. Gallner, but have decided to move providers due to a combination of factors. Have updated my address multiple times and never seems to go through on their end, I moved several years ago and got some bills at new address and then they stopped, charges and balances I owe vary almost every time, front office in general has an attitude problem and is unhelpful unless I have my credit card ready. Played phone tag with them recently, called back on a Monday and was told the doctors were in a lunch meeting and could call back after 1, didn't take my name or any information. It's gotten to point where visits feel like they are more frustrating than helpful and I'm just another dollar sign.

absolutely horrible mental health facility. if you do not meet with them very frequently via zoom for 10 mins and get charged $300 each time, they will drop you as a patient and cancel all medication refills leaving you absolutely stranded without your prescriptions causing extreme mental health issues. They truly do not care about you or your mental health. only about money money money. RUN!

The following physicians provide caring, compassionate care with great skills: Dr. Cheryl Buda and Dr. Julie Dickson, Dr. Spencer Gallner, and Dr. Brian Lubberstedt. I feel with these doctors that my concerns are being listened to and taken seriously, that my input matters, and that I'm treated conpassionatly as a human being.

I like Dr. Gallner and Dr. Lubberstedt at this location. They are both is methodical in their methods but do care about his patients. I feel this place could use a confidential messaging/email system to contact the doctors instead of going through the assistants. I wish I could give it five stars but the office staff there seems annoyed to have to talk to people, have to do anything for people. They have been short with me and rude to my wife. I'm not sure what's going on but it is hurting this places reputation.

**this practices discriminates against cash pay patients*** I guess they stopped taking my insurance (or never did?) but they failed to tell me until nearly a year after my insurance changed, and will no longer file claims on my behalf. Sherri the finance manager was extremely rude in explaining this and even though I have not ever been notified of a bill snappily asked "So, you are going to pay me then?" after asking for assistance with the paperwork to file for myself. Anyway, if part of the reason you feel like you need therapy is because life feels like an endless slog of bureaucratic nonsense with a sprinkling of rudeness mixed in, this is definitely not the place to go. The administrative team will absolutely undo any progress you might make here with their bad attitude and disorganization, not to mention, they never answer the phone so one simple call inevitably turns into 4.
