The older white lady was amazing. Very attentive. Very helpful. The mild aged black lady still the front desk is rude! She came up and rushed the older white lady saying she has someone waiting. Then looked at me and said glasses take 14 days to co.e in. You can leave now. In the middle of the older lady helping me. We werent done. But she decided we were. I get it I've worked in healthcare and you've got a schedule to stick to. But either dont accept walkins at the same time or get more staff.

I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child. Many changes over the years, but never have I ever been ridiculed and antagonized by a worker until today. Shirley was very rude and hostile upon my arrival. I asked to speak with another office assistant and she proceeded to tell me that if she couldn’t help me then I could leave. After telling her the hostility was giving me anxiety, she proceeded to antagonize me for “being too grown to have anxiety” as she laughed in my face while I had my children present. I asked for someone else to assist me as Shirley wa making me uncomfortable. She then threatened he coworkers if they tried to assist me instead of making me leave. The general manager was amazing, she helped me and got me on my way.
Honestly I would give a negative 5 star rating. Went in for my eye exam and picked out 2 pairs of glasses, costing me over $1000. When I got my glasses I thought it was a matter of getting used to them but after 2 weeks and still wearing my old pair I went to the store in Papillion to get them checked out. Turns out my prescription was WAY off. They ordered me new lenses. Went to get them and everything was still blurry. After checking them the prescription was not correct in the lenses. Had to get them fixed again. Went in to get them and things were still off. So again. After checking the lenses they were still wrong. I asked for my money back. That store couldnt do it, I have to go back to the 84th street store to get my refund. But of course its a holiday weekend and I cant get it done until the manager of that store is in. Im handicap so having to go back to these stores multiple times is not easy. Im calling on Tuesday to see if the manager can handle everything over the phone so I dont have to struggle getting there again!
I walk in and the lady asked me what I needed. I told her my glasses needed to be tightened she rudely said sit down it going to be a minute. She didn't want to help. She didn't want to open. She didn't want to be there. Why work there????
