Alex D. at the La Vista location was absolutely fantastic! From the very beginning, he took the time to listen to me, understand what I was looking for, and help me choose frames that truly suited me. What impressed me most was his eye for style. The choices he recommended made me feel fantastic, confident, and honestly helped me see a different side of myself. When I put the glasses on, I couldn’t stop looking at myself because they brought out features I hadn’t really noticed before. He helped me step outside of what I normally would have chosen, while still making sure the glasses felt like me. Alex was patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my choices. I never felt rushed or pressured. He made the entire experience enjoyable and special from start to finish. I ended up with two beautiful pairs of glasses, including my Gucci frames, and I couldn’t be happier. Alex has an amazing ability to look at someone and know what styles will flatter them. His recommendations were absolutely spot-on. If you’re looking for someone who will not only help you find great glasses but also make you feel confident and wonderful wearing them, I highly recommend asking for Alex D. Dr. Abigail Jackson was very helpful and nice. Will be back to visit with her again in the future. I am glad to have an awesome new eye DR after my regular one retired.

Dr. Jackson is THE BEST!!! I could not recommend her more. She’s personable, kind and good at what she does. I wish I had to go to the eye doctor more than once a year just so I could see here more often!

that was a weird appt. i was told at this appt i would need two sets of eye drops to dilate my eyes. what i wasn’t told until after was that my vision would be blurred and sensitive to light for 4-6 hours, therefore not able to work the rest of the day. it would have been nice to be aware prior to my appt so i could plan accordingly since i sit at a computer for work and had to take the afternoon off. the lack of communication really hindered my viewpoint on the appt and will not be returning unfortunately.
