Staff is always very joyful and helpful when I go in. My latest visit, Lea was amazing in assisting me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the corrections she had made on my damaged glasses, even noticing and correcting an issue with an additional pair that I had with me. Can't beat that type of service, especially when it's done with a smile.
Everyone at this establishment is amazing. I go there for myself and for my children and I have always received the best care. While checking in Lea was there to help me. She also helped me with my son’s prescription and answered a few questions I had for my upcoming appointment and offered great suggestions and recommendations. She was incredibly helpful and I will be using her advice in the future. For the appointment we saw Dr. Russell. Dr. Russell always goes above and beyond for her patients, especially pediatric. She was so patient with my son and made sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. My care is nothing less than exceptional here.
Dr. Russell is absolutely fabulous. She spends time to get to the cause of my complicated vision issues, explains the options, causes and possible outcomes in language I can understand. She welcomes input from my daughter who joins us via phone and on top of all of this, is fun to talk to ❤️ about life. The rest of the staff are also just as cheerful and helpful which makes the entire experience delightful
Mark is a great doctor who spends time with his patients and explains the how and why of what he does. He answers any questions one may have in a clear and simple manner. He’s also a very nice person. Lea is great at helping pick out the perfect frames and guides you through every step of the ordering process. She’s very patient and helpful, and a real sweetheart!
Fantastic experience at my eye doctor appointment today with Dr. Russell. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole visit smooth from start to finish. Dr. Russell took the time to answer all my questions and explained everything clearly without rushing. The office was clean, organized, and welcoming. Lea also made the process of ordering glasses incredibly easy and stress-free. She was patient, helpful, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a doctor’s office. Highly recommend!
