I have had yearly visits at this office for decades. The entire staff is friendly, accommodating, efficient, timely, and most important to me, competent and professional. Employees like Lori have been there for a long time. Dr. Alan Glazier is the best of the best! He is not only patient in how he assesses my new prescriptions, but he cares so much about getting it right for my comfort and needs. I’m not always easy to help ( like the princess and the pea) since I don’t tolerate a prescription that is not 100 percent- Dr Glazier delivers! At times I’ve had other eye issues that required intervention, Dr Glazier has always diagnosed and treated me appropriately with quick resolution. I trust Dr Glazier, and highly recommend this practice.

She did a fantastic job explaining the entire process to me so I knew exactly what to expect. Most importantly, she moved quickly to get me connected with the right doctors to restore my vision. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Mr. Snowden was especially helpful. I came to your location after having two other eye exams and for a third check of my vision. From those two other exams, my prescription was filled however, I had difficulty with this new prescription. I shared this with Mr. Snowden and he worked beyond expectations to ensure that my new prescription was correct. I am extremely happy with this newer prescription and I thank Mr. Snowden for all his diligence with this. Additionally, o have received many compliments on the frame that he chose for me. :)

On my resent visit to Shady Grove Eye and vision care my experience was great. I was seen on time by a welcoming staff member. Dr.Vicky Wong took the time and explained everything clearly, she answered all my questions. She also made sure I was comfortable during the eye examination. Mr. Gregory Snowden was truly outstanding. He was incredibly patient, attentive and genuinely dedicated to helping me find the perfect pair of frames.What stood out most was the care he took in considering my facial structure, because I require a frame with an extended nose pad, and of course consideration for my personal style. I consider it as a gift he has in helping others with his expertise he fitting patients with the proper frames.I got many compliments on the choice we made and recommended many people who asked about my glasses.

I’ve always been pleased with my experiences at Shady Grove Eye And Vision Care. They listen to my concerns and work with my insurance to best serve my needs as I age. Dr. Wong stays in contact with my retina specialist. And while all the opticians are all top notch. Sharon fit me last, but all three have done a great job making sure my glasses not only look good but are right for the job.
